For what it’s worth, we’ve decided to be ‘sensitively optimistic’ … That means we’re aware of the pain others may be experiencing, but we’ve got a vision for the other side that’s brighter – and we’re working towards it in every way possible. We also refuse to participate in anything that unnecessarily adds stress to the system or perpetuates the economic retraction, e.g. holding off on engagements with suppliers, hardballing negotiations, changing timelines, or avoiding commitments, all out of fear of the unknown.
