We worked with the Chair to understand the organisation’s context and unique challenges, and then architected a structured approach to help resolve their strategic direction at a board offsite.
Workshop sessions, breakouts, and frank peer-to-peer dialogue all helped coalesce ideas and perspectives into clear strategic paths which then formed the basis of their strategic plan.
