We typically quote on a project basis, however in some circumstances a do-and-charge approach is more suitable.
In these cases, the following rates apply:

* Retainer basis: A retainer will be based upon an agreed minimum number of hours each month (generally 20+) on a 6-month or greater term.

1. These rates are correct at time of issue, however will naturally change over time. You are welcome to ask us for an updated schedule of rates.
(Note: Once we commence, you will be advised before any changes are applied to your billing).
2. Time is billed in 15-minute increments, and includes phone support time.
